This annual event is the main source
of funding for Maison Saint-Gabriel.
This gastronomic event will be conducted under the direction of Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Outside Catering Service. The 2020 edition features a menu inspired by Quebec’s culinary heritage and marks the 400th anniversary of Marguerite Bourgeoys.
On this occasion, entertainers, performers and musicians in period costume will contribute to the site’s festive ambiance. Auctioneer Laurent Berniard’s colourful performance makes the auction one of the highlights of the evening.
